What you will do - Essential Responsibilities

• Produce new sketches and working drawings for single and double storey homes
• Transfer some of the building details from drawings to excel for construction team.
• Liaising with Sales Consultants, Contracts Administration.
• Liaising with Estimating to develop the most cost-effective designs.
• Revit or ArchiCAD is utilized for creating detailed architectural models, managing templates, resolving BIM issues, and ensuring models meet project specifications.
• Lead in creating high-quality architectural design concepts, ensuring accurate project documentation, preparing client presentations, and ensuring design solutions align with client requirements, code compliance, and industry standards.
• Maintain quality control for accurate BIM deliverables, stay current with architectural industry trends, and promote innovative technologies to improve project outcomes.
